Local Delivery
Delivered by SF Express, shipping charges when the customer receives the goods; Free shipping if the purchase is HK$500 (after discount) or above
The delivery time is only applicable to working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
When the delivery service is confirmed, the goods are estimated to be delivered within 3-7 days

If you have not received it within 7 days of office hours, please email us and provide your full name and order number, and we will follow up as soon as possible
Delivery Arrangement
Most of the goods in stock will be delivered to the designated location within 7 working days
After receiving the customer's order, the FitBuy Store staff will contact the customer as soon as possible to arrange the delivery date and time
After confirming the delivery time, if the customer requests to change the delivery time one day before the delivery or the customer needs to reschedule the delivery because the customer fails to receive the goods within the specified time, the customer must pay $100 administration fee. Large items such as nursing beds and electric wheelchairs will be charged additional surcharges based on actual conditions. The new delivery date must be at least three days after the notification is changed.
FitBuy Store will charge additional surcharges for customers where there is no direct elevator access, or where the elevator is too small to deliver bulky goods, and the stairs need to be used to transport the goods:
- Wheelchairs, chairs for the elderly, etc.: $50 per staircase
- Nursing bed: $200 per staircase
Change Delivery Information
If the customer confirms the delivery information, they are not allowed to change the style, color, address and delivery date. If the customer needs to change the above information or need to deliver again, FitBuy Store reserves the right to charge additional administration at its discretion cost
If the customer needs to change the delivery time, purchase more products, new sales orders, modify the original sales orders, please confirm three days before the original delivery date, otherwise the customer will need to pay extra Pay one more delivery fee
Special circumstances
Delivery service does not include restricted areas
Delivery service is not applicable to locations that cannot be delivered via stairs but must enter the house from the terrace, houseboats, etc.
When severe weather conditions, such as thunderstorms, typhoon No. 8 hoisting or black rainstorm warnings come into effect, or due to weather, the delivery service will be suspended, severe flooding or road blockage Suspended. Delivery time will be arranged separately without additional charges
When the customer confirms the order and fails to arrange pickup or delivery within three months, FitBuy Store has the right to handle the goods without any compensation
