Product warranty period
– The warranty period of each product is calculated from the date the customer purchases the product, and the warranty period depends on different products. For details, please pay attention to the information on the product packaging or contact the FitBuy Store staff. p>
-Customers must present the original valid invoice issued by the FitBuy Store in order to enjoy the relevant quality assurance. Therefore, after the customer purchases the product, please keep all the original invoices issued by the FitBuy Store for certification – If any product is damaged during the warranty period, the maintenance labor fee is free, and the accessory fee is extra -For all items except large items such as nursing beds, if maintenance is required, the customer must send the related items to the maintenance center by themselves – Generally speaking, the repair takes seven to ten working days. After the repair is completed, we will call the customer as soon as possible – The customer must retrieve the repaired goods within three months after the repair is completed. If the repaired goods are not retrieved after three months, the FitBuy Store will not be responsible for keeping them – The warranty service is only available in Hong Kong – Under special circumstances, it takes time to repair, and guests cannot request refunds or compensation for this reason – If there is no quality problem and the goods that have expired, the corresponding fee will be charged – If the goods have been inspected without any quality problems, or the problem is outside the warranty (such as man-made damage, loss of parts, etc.), the customer must pay the inspection and transportation costs – Once the goods are transferred, the warranty is deemed invalid
The following items are not applicable to product warranty
– The product has been stored or assembled in an incorrect way, has been improperly used, abused, misused, altered, or treated with improper cleaning methods or detergents – The product is not maintained in accordance with the maintenance method provided on the back page and/or the maintenance leaflet attached to the product – Any normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, improper inflection or damage caused by impact or accident – The product has been repaired and modified by non-our company’s technicians – The product body number has been converted, altered or removed – The product is damaged due to any external factors, such as problems caused by exposure to sunlight, humidity, dust, dust mites, etc. – The product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment, such as a bathroom - Damage caused by improper use, self-modification and disassembly, operation not in accordance with the instructions of the instrument, or use of the specified power supply - Failure due to movement or transportation after installation – Appearance materials, consumables (such as batteries, tires, cushions, thermal pads) and other accessories – Mechanical strain injury – Wearable parts, such as wheelchair tires, handbrakes, screws, etc. – Arm strap of blood pressure monitor – The customer failed to show the purchase receipt – Special display items – or any product that fails to provide the original invoice
