Introduction
The Flagstaff House of Tea Ware is located at No. 10 Cotton Tree Drive, Central District, Hong Kong Island, in Hong Kong Park. The museum is one of the museums under the management of the Hong Kong Leisure and Cultural Services Department and a branch of the Hong Kong Museum of Art. Exhibition of various cultural relics of Chinese tea sets. This two-story building was once the residence of the commander-in-chief of the British Army in Hong Kong during the colonial period of Hong Kong. It is also known as the Flagstaff House. It is the oldest surviving British colonial building in Hong Kong.
The building was converted into a Tea Ware Museum in 1984, exhibiting tea ware and tea art-related cultural relics of the past dynasties. In 1995, a new wing, the Luo Guixiang Tea Art Museum, was added.
