Introduction
As early as the end of the Song Dynasty 700 years ago, Dapu Lincun had already been inhabited by villagers. The Wishing Tree and Tin Hau Temple in the village are popular places for locals and tourists to pray and wish, especially during the Lunar New Year.
In the past, every holiday celebration, villagers would visit the wishing tree to make a wish and throw the treasure on the tree. It is said that the higher the treasure, the easier the wish will be realized. However, in order to protect the wishing tree, a simulation wishing tree is now set up next to the tree. When you come here, you can write your name and wish on the wishing treasure, and after paying homage under the tree, throw the treasure on the simulated wishing tree.
