Nam Sang Wai is located to the east of Wang Chau, Yuen Long, surrounded by Kam Tin River and Shan Pui River. There is a small island at the confluence between the two rivers, like a bird paradise. In addition to birds, there are also different kinds of plants and creatures in Nansheng Wai, such as red eucalyptus, reeds, red-headed pochard, blue-headed pochard and fiddler crabs and so on. The beauty of Nam Sang Wai not only attracts birds. In recent years, many citizens, especially photography enthusiasts, have taken advantage of the holiday season to watch birds and take pictures. The Shanbei River in Nanshengwei also has a very distinctive means of transportation, which has become a local tourist selling point.
